Effective Date: January 20, 2026 This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all appointments and services booked with ReDial Clinic, operated by GSJ ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

  • Before 24 Hours: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Within 24 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

How to Cancel

To cancel your appointment, please contact us through any of the following methods: Our customer service hours are Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST. We will respond to your cancellation request within 24-48 hours during working hours.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund of your appointment fee if:
  1. You cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
  2. The cancellation request is received and confirmed by our team

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time
  • No-show or failure to attend the scheduled appointment
  • Appointments that have already taken place

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated

Program Enrollment Refunds

For patients enrolled in our Lifestyle Intervention Program or other treatment packages:
  • Cancellation terms may vary based on the specific program agreement
  • Please refer to your program enrollment documentation or contact our team for program-specific refund policies

Modifications to This Policy

ReDial Clinic reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
